TO BUY:
1. YOU MAY PURCHASE RAYS IN ANY AMOUNT(WHAT I HAVE AVAILABLE). YOU NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR RAY EXCHANGING. ONCE YOU HAVE CHOSEN YOUR QUANTITY, SEND ME AN EMAIL OF WHAT YOU NEED AND THE CORRECT AMOUNT TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT (firststepdc@hotmail.com). IF YOU ARE NOT SURE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I'LL BE HAPPY TO CALCULATE THE AMOUNT THAT YOU NEED.
2. PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN YOU ARE SENDING FUNDS THROUGH PAYPAL THAT YOU SEND TO ME AS A FRIEND. ANY OTHER METHOD WILL OCCUR FEES AND IT WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF RAYS TO BE TRANSFER TO YOU OR MONETARY FUNDS.
Terms of Service When Buying A Layout
All Layouts, Textures, Props or Furniture sold by Monic Realty, are sold to an individual for use within the game of utherverse.com or redlightcenter.com for their personal entertainment only.
When you purchase a layout from Monic Realty you are permitted to modify or alter any and all parts of the layout as you wish for your own personal use and enjoyment, within the property you have purchased only.
All Textures within the layout, remain the sole property of Monic Realty. They are not to be relinked into your own personal or shared accounts, shared within utherverse (members) or any other gaming sites. I have paid for textures to be intact for several years.
When you purchase a layout/furniture you are agreeing with my terms and agreements. This agreement/contract is enforced upon purchase from Monic Realty.
You are not allowed to do any of the following. You do not have permission to falsify or change any image for personal use or for sell.
Copy any textures supplied by Monic Realty for your own use.
Resell or give as a gift, any textures supplied in your layout by Monic Realty to any other person.
Save any Textures supplied by Monic Realty to your hard drive, photo sharing accounts, photobucket, or any other media device.
Re Use any textures in another property or design, that has not been purchased directly from Monic Realty.
Any misuse or theft of intellectual property owned by Monic Realty, of this agreement will result in a Cease & Desist message being sent to you. Failure to comply will result in complaint to utherverse.com World Ops as a breach of agreement of my T.O.S for your purchase from Monic Realty. You will face the possibility of being banned.
There are no refunds for any reason. All layouts are sold as is. Be sure of your purchase. Please save your layout before you make any alterations. Monic Realty is not responsible for anything you do to your layout after it has been transferred. If a layout is to be re-transfer you are responsible for all cost including transfer fees.
I use Photbucket and Smugmug as my image hosting. Because of rules and regulations with those companies Monic Realty is not responsible for any issues cause by those photosharing companies after 60 days of purchase.
By making a purchase with Monic Realty, your agreeing to the above terms, as laid out by Monic Realty, and displayed in this notification.

Good will pledge. If there is any damage or issues in your new layout that you need help with. I will offer you 30 mins of free service to fix the problem. After 30 mins it will be 50 rays for every 30 mins of service for any maintenance that you need in your layout.
