DRINK OF THE DAY: Horny Toad
Made using Sauza Hornitos tequila, the Horny Toad is named after the creature that exemplifies ugliness in Mexico. Are they saying drinking tequila makes you unattractive? ( Well I've always found everyone much more attractive when I've been drinking tequila!)
1 1/4 oz. Sauza Horaitos tequila
3/4 oz. Cointreau
1 1/2 oz.fresh line or lemon juice
salt, for the glass
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake sharply and strain into an ice-filled margarita glass rimmed with salt.
Shaker Tips: put at least 10 ice cubes into a shaker and shake the drink until the shaker is almost too cold to hold.
