I'm always interested in meeting new people, with one stipulation. He/she must be able to carry on a conversation. Nothing irritates me more than a person who can only contribute monosyllabic responses in a conversation. It's hard to get to know someone when all they can say to you is "yeah", "uh-huh", or "that's cool".
