Official Club Charter

Article I – Name & Purpose

Name: Dark Guardians MC (DGMC)

Purpose: Brotherhood, honour, biker culture, and charity support.

Article II – Membership

Eligibility: 18+ in Utherverse, respect for DGMC values.

Prospecting: Prospects wear prospect tags and follow officer direction.

Full Patch: Cuts are free but loaned; must be returned if leaving.

Article III – Monthly Subs

Subs: 10 Rays monthly from each patched member.

Hardship: Speak to FDR or Treasurer if struggling.

Article IV – Behaviour & Conduct

No Drama: DGMC is a drama-free MC.

Respect the Name: No derogatory use of DGMC name or patch.

External Disputes: Do not involve DGMC in personal beefs.

Zero Tolerance: Hate or harassment = instant removal.

Article V – Patch-Overs & MC Relations

Patch-Overs: Only accepted when former cuts are handed in honourably.

Inter-MC Respect: Diplomacy handled by officers only.

Article VI – Hierarchy & Roles

Officers: FDR/President, VP, SAA, Road Captain, Treasurer.

Chain of Command: Follow officer decisions; disagreements handled privately.

Article VII – Activity & Attendance

Activity: Members must remain active.

Absence: Notify officers if away.

Article VIII – Confidentiality

Club Business: Internal matters stay internal.

Article IX – Amendments

Changes: Charter may be amended by the FDR/President.
